Cross Wheels Practice Checklist
Turn Kiv's free Cross Wheels breakdown into a focused five-rep practice period. Set the play, name the picture, follow the progression, and fix one mistake at a time.
Quick Reference
Set it, then work left to right.
Keep this next to the free lesson. These details repeat the published public setup and progression.
Cross Wheels
- Streak the slot receiver
- Drag the tight end
- Streak the halfback
Left to right
- Stack-receiver side
- Tight end
- Crosser
- Halfback
15-Minute Routine
Give every rep one job.
Use the same look long enough to learn from it. A touchdown by itself does not prove the read was right.
Build the picture
Call Cross Wheels from Gun Tight Doubles. Enter the published setup, pause before the snap, and compare every route with the free lesson before running the rep.
Name the first window
Use one repeated defensive look. Say what you expect on the stack-receiver side, then work back through Kiv's left-to-right progression after the snap.
Fix one miss
Record the first late read, forced throw, or missed checkdown. Repeat the same look once before changing the defense so the next rep tests one correction.
Five-Rep Log
Write the miss before changing the look.
Print this page or save it as a PDF. Use short notes you can compare after all five reps.
