1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and 818 Madden. By visiting the site, creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing member content, joining the private Discord through 818, or using any 818 product or service, you agree to these terms.

Paid checkout may require you to affirmatively accept these terms before payment. Your acceptance, checkout session, account email, selected plan, renewal interval, and terms version may be stored as billing evidence.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, download, watch, use, or join any 818 Madden product, membership, content, tool, or community.

2. What 818 Madden provides

818 Madden provides digital football video game strategy content for Madden and College Football, including gameplans, play breakdowns, meta answers, call sheets, video lessons, play art, written notes, member tools, Discord access, and related coaching or strategy material.

818 Madden is an independent strategy and coaching service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to EA Sports, Madden NFL, the NFL, NCAA, College Football, or any school, conference, league, team, or rights holder.

3. Plans, pricing, and included access

Plan names, features, pricing, billing intervals, bonuses, and included access are shown on the pricing page and checkout page before purchase. The checkout page controls the exact price, renewal interval, taxes, and billing details for the plan you select.

An eligible Partner code gives the first-payment discount assigned to that code. The default is 25%, but 818 may assign a different discount to an individual Partner. The code does not discount later renewals. The Subscribe and checkout pages show the exact discount, original price, first-payment savings, amount due today, and full renewal price before purchase.

818 may offer a limited free trial to an eligible new member or to a specifically identified returning-member cohort. The offer shown at checkout controls the trial length, eligibility, redemption cutoff, payment method requirement, first payment date, and post-trial price. Trials are not available for Annual memberships unless checkout expressly says otherwise. A person who previously started an 818 free trial is not eligible for another trial.

A targeted returning-member trial cannot be combined with a Partner code, referral discount, win-back coupon, retention offer, or another promotion. If checkout expressly allows a Partner code with a different free-trial campaign, the code applies to the first paid invoice after the trial rather than creating a charge when the trial starts; later renewals return to the full price shown at checkout.

An approved Partner link or code may identify the Partner who introduced an eligible first-time paid customer. 818 may use a first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days. A valid Partner code entered on Subscribe overrides an older referral-link cookie. Only one eligible Partner may receive credit for the first paid membership, and self-referrals, duplicates, expired codes, and ineligible prior customers may be rejected.

Partners may earn a commission when an eligible first paid subscription is completed. That financial relationship does not increase the customer price. Partner participation is governed by a separate, versioned Partner Agreement and Disclosure Policy. Those Partner documents do not replace these customer Terms, and production Partner acceptance remains subject to 818 approval and any required legal review.

Free access may show limited samples, preview pages, public tools, or public catalog information. 818 All Access unlocks the paid Madden and CFB gameplan library, META answers, member tools, and private Discord access. Monthly and Yearly billing unlock the same site content. Yearly All Access may include an annual coaching bonus if stated at checkout.

4. Billing authorization and automatic renewal

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize 818 Madden and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the initial purchase and recurring renewal charges until the subscription is canceled.

When you start a card-required free trial, you authorize 818 Madden and its payment processor to save that payment method and charge the post-trial price shown at checkout when the trial ends unless you cancel before the stated trial-ending date. Starting a free trial does not create a charge unless checkout clearly shows one.

Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew annually. Renewal charges may occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, renewal schedule, and checkout details before completing purchase.

Your card statement may show a descriptor such as 818 Madden, 818MADDEN, Stripe, or another payment-processor descriptor connected to 818 Madden. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support before disputing it so we can confirm the account and charge details.

If payment fails, we may retry the payment method, restrict access, remove Discord roles, or cancel the subscription after any applicable grace period.

5. Immediate digital delivery

818 Madden products are digital services. Access may begin immediately after checkout, account activation, login, entitlement sync, or manual approval. Digital delivery includes access to member pages, premium gameplans, videos, play art, written breakdowns, call sheets, Discord roles, downloads, and other protected content.

Because the service is delivered digitally and can be consumed immediately, you agree that access to premium content, downloads, videos, member tools, Discord roles, or paid community areas is evidence that digital delivery occurred.

6. Refund policy

All payments are generally final once paid digital access has been delivered or used. This includes access to premium gameplans, videos, play art, downloads, Discord roles, member tools, private posts, coaching bonuses, or other paid member areas.

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or technical access issues that we cannot reasonably fix. Refund requests must be sent to support within 7 days of the charge with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request.

For subscriptions, canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges already paid, unused time, annual plans, monthly renewals, discounted plans, retention offers, referral offers, coaching bonuses, or prior access unless required by law or approved by 818 Madden in writing.

Refund decisions are made case by case. Issuing a refund once does not require us to issue future refunds in similar or different situations.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through your member account, the Stripe billing portal, or by contacting 818 Madden support. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal charge to avoid future billing.

Cancellation is designed to be available online through the same account and billing tools used to manage the subscription. If you cannot access those tools, contact support and we will help process the request.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for misuse, chargeback abuse, content theft, account sharing, or another violation of these terms.

If you cancel an active free trial before it ends, access continues through the trial-ending date and the first subscription payment will not be collected. Canceling after a trial has converted stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the payment already collected.

If you accept a cancellation discount, save offer, referral credit, or retention offer, the offer terms shown at the time of acceptance apply.

8. Chargebacks, payment disputes, and billing evidence

If you believe a charge is wrong, duplicated, unauthorized, or connected to an access issue, contact 818 Madden support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and try to fix it.

Filing a chargeback after receiving or using paid digital access may result in account suspension, removal of premium access, removal of Discord roles, cancellation of coaching bonuses, and termination of future service.

For payment disputes, 818 Madden may submit evidence to the payment processor, bank, or card network. Evidence may include the accepted terms, checkout details, plan details, Stripe receipts, account email, login history, IP/device records, entitlement records, content access logs, video or download access, Discord connection or role records, cancellation records, support messages, and other records showing purchase authorization, delivery, usage, or policy agreement.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have under applicable law or card-network rules. These terms explain the policy, delivery records, and evidence 818 Madden may rely on if a dispute is filed.

9. Discord access and community rules

Discord access is an included member benefit for eligible plans. Discord access may require connecting your Discord account, joining the server, and following community rules.

We may remove Discord access for expired subscriptions, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, account sharing, harassment, spam, threats, hateful conduct, leaking paid content, or conduct that harms the community or 818 Madden.

Discord outages, moderation decisions, platform issues, role-sync delays, or removal for rule violations do not automatically create a refund right.

10. Coaching bonuses and scheduling

Any coaching session, annual bonus, discount, or bonus service is only included if stated on the checkout page, pricing page, or written offer you accepted.

Coaching sessions must be scheduled through the process provided by 818 Madden and take place in the designated 818 Discord coaching room.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session to receive a refund or have an eligible annual coaching hour restored. Late cancellations, missed sessions, and no-shows forfeit the payment or annual benefit unless 818 Madden agrees otherwise in writing.

If 818 Madden or the coach cancels a session, the member receives a full refund or has the annual coaching hour restored.

11. Account rules and no sharing

Your account is for you only. You may not share login credentials, sell access, rotate access among multiple people, scrape content, record member videos, redistribute play art, leak paid calls, copy the library into another product, or use 818 Madden content to train, build, or sell a competing product.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect account sharing, unusual access patterns, content theft, credential resale, scraping, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the service.

12. Content ownership and license

818 Madden content is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights. This includes videos, notes, play art, gameplan structure, call sheets, naming, written explanations, graphics, member tools, and private community content.

When you purchase or access 818 Madden, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your own gameplay and learning. You do not receive ownership of the content.

13. No guaranteed results

818 Madden teaches strategy, setups, reads, counters, and decision-making. We do not guarantee wins, tournament placement, earnings, matchmaking results, skill rating, pack value, competitive success, or any specific outcome.

Game patches, title updates, meta changes, player skill, opponent adjustments, connection quality, platform differences, and rule changes can affect how any strategy performs.

14. Updates, availability, and changes

818 Madden may add, update, remove, reorganize, rename, archive, or replace content as the game changes or the site improves. A specific play, video, route, adjustment, page, Discord channel, or format is not guaranteed to remain available forever.

We try to keep the site available, but access can be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, payment processor issues, Discord issues, security updates, migrations, bugs, or events outside our control.

15. Prohibited conduct

You may not use 818 Madden to break the law, harass others, threaten others, bypass access controls, attack the site, upload malware, abuse refunds, commit fraud, impersonate others, share private member content, or interfere with the service.

We may terminate access without refund if we believe an account is being used for fraud, abuse, content theft, account sharing, chargeback abuse, or conduct that harms 818 Madden, members, creators, partners, or the community.

16. Disclaimers and limits of liability

818 Madden is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 818 Madden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to 818 Madden for the service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the claim.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site, membership, billing model, laws, or business changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

Continuing to use 818 Madden after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
