Hey, what's up you guys so now we're just gonna get into the best way of running man, so This is gonna be super quick video super simple. I really only like to run man one way in this so Just come out random play I like to come out in the macro I keep forgetting to do that So come out in the macro Then hit man You have the man macro and then you're going to just put two purples and so if you're not comfortable defending like you can just move this guy over here because in trips this guy is going to be manned up to the inside slot receiver this this guy over this linebacker and so what you can do is you can just man up the safe you can cross man the safety and then move them over a little bit. And then you see those contains looping around the offensive line and then everyone is completely caged from the man. So the show coming out in the macro, that's what you're supposed to do. So six one. And then immediately do man and then you can set your coverage from there. So purples. Man macro, then your purples, and then whatever manager swings from there. Man, purples, a little bit across man, and then bam. Select some player. But yeah, so you're going to get really good pressure running this also because the contains just loop around the offensive line a lot of the time. And so it makes it and then everything is going to be caged. So it makes it really tough to play against and then just get good at clicking on to those purples and hit sticking and getting those knockouts.
